These terms and conditions apply to all services provided.

(a) all mares must be CEM swabbed before arrival, and must be accompanied by an appropriate clean certificate.

(b) all mares must be wormed prior to arrival. Brumleya Stud shall be authorised to worm mares should the need arise. You will be responsible for the cost of this.

(c) all mares must have up to date flu and tet. vaccination.

(d) all mares will have their hind shoes removed prior to arrival. Brumleya Stud shall be authorised to arrange for any mare's feet to be trimmed by the farrier if necessary. You will be responsible for the cost of this.

(e) Brumleya Stud shall be authorised to arrange veterinary care or treatment for any mare if (in our opinion) that is necessary. You will be responsible for the cost of this.

(f) every reasonable care will be taken of your mare whilst she is at Brumleya Stud, but no responsibility is accepted for any accident, disease, injury or death to or of any mare whilst at Brumleya Stud, unless this was caused by our negligence.

(g) Brumleya Stud will require you to settle all bills before collecting your mare. We reserve the right to exercise a lien if any bills are unpaid.

(h) you will be responsible for settling the bills of all third parties (farriers, vets etc) directly.

(I) all mares are to arrive with a correctly fitting head collar (preferably leather).

(j) if for any reason your mare does not settle here, or is a hazard to herself or others, you agree to collect her within 24 hours if requested.
